Dr. Joshua Nosakhare Okundaye ("Dr. O") is the Founder and Clinical Director of Another Spring Counseling & Psychotherapy Services, where he has provided compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care since 1995. A Professor Emeritus of Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), he brings more than 30 years of clinical, academic, and research experience.
A licensed clinical social worker, Dr. Okundaye specializes in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. He is particularly dedicated to serving Veterans through the VA Community Care Program, providing high-quality outpatient mental health services to Veterans and their families.
Dr. Okundaye's person-centered, strengths-based approach integrates evidence-based care with cultural sensitivity and spiritual awareness, helping individuals build resilience, healing, and lasting well-being.

Wendy M. Alias is the Clinical Director at Another Spring Counseling Services and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in social work from the State University of New York at Albany and brings more than 35 years of experience in areas including but not limited to child welfare, mental health, substance use, corrections, homelessness, HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, supervision and leadership.
As the founder of Nkyinkyin Consulting Associates, Wendy has spent more than two decades providing clinical supervision, staff development, social work exam preparation and developing MSW internship programming with agencies throughout the region. She also has served as an adjunct professor at the University of the District of Columbia and Howard University and has held leadership roles with the National Association of Black Social Workers (NABSW), where she completed the African Centered Social Work Academy.
